Jesus was baptized at the age of 30...

Those who slander the truth about the “throne of David” that the Second Coming Christ fulfilled, say, “Jesus was baptized at the age of 30. But it was only because the priests were to begin serving in the temple when they were 30 years old (1 Ch 23:2-5; Nu 4:1-3, 21-23, 29-30).” Let’s find out why their insistence is contrary to the teachings of the Bible.

Num 4:2~3 “Take a census of the Kohathite branch of the Levites by their clans and families. Count all the men from thirty to fifty years of age who come to serve in the work in the Tent of Meeting.

1. The record is not for the priests, but for the “Levites”
Where in the Bible is there a record that the priests began to serve in the temple at the age of 30? There is no verse that says that.
The verses they provided are not about the priests, but about the “Levites” who helped the priests and served in the temple.Not all the descendants of the tribe of Levi became priests. Among the tribe of Levi, only the descendants of Aaron became the priests. The Kohathites, the Gershonites, the Merarites and others from the tribe of Levi helped the priests from the descendants of Aaron and served in the temple; they are the “Levites.”
When Jesus gave the parable of the Good Samaritan, He said that a priest passed by the man who had fallen into the hands of robbers, and so did a Levite, but a Samaritan took care of him (Lk 10:30-37). Thus, a priest and a Levite are definitely different.
The age “30,” which they insisted on, was not the age when the priests began to serve in the temple, but it is the age when the Levites began to serve in the temple. In addition, the age when the Levites began to serve was not only 30. Once, God ordered the Levites to begin to serve at the age of 25 (Nu 8:23-26), and later He ordered them to begin to serve at the age of 20 (1 Ch 23:24-32; Ezr 3:8).


2. Jesus was a high priest in the order of Melchizedek, not in the order of Aaron
Did Jesus follow the order of Aaron? No.It is clear that the age “30” mentioned in the verses they used was not the age when the priests began to serve in the temple. But even if it were, they cannot use those verses for Jesus because Jesus was not a priest in the order of Aaron.

Heb 7:11 If perfection could have been attained through the Levitical priesthood, why was there still need for another priest to come-one in the order of Melchizedek, not in the order of Aaron?

Jesus was a high priest in the order of Melchizedek, not in the order of Aaron (Heb 6:20). So, there is no prophetical reason that Jesus had to begin His ministry at the same age as that of the priests who began their priesthood in the order of Aaron. (In fact, the age was not of the priests, but of the Levites.)
According to the prophecy that Christ would reign on the throne of David, Jesus came as the prophetical David and was baptized at the age of 30 and began His ministry just as David became king at the age of 30.
Therefore, it is a non-biblical insistence that Jesus was baptized at the age of 30 because the priests began to serve in the temple at the age of 30 in the Old Testament.

Many followers of God attend a Church not knowing the purpose of why. In the western world, many attend church for their own personal assurance. They attend to feel good about themselves, have peace in their family, or even to be exhalted by others. However, we have to clearly understand why we should believe or search for God. In the end, it will not matter about what we think, but what God thinks.

Our whole purpose to believe in a higher being is to receive salvation of our souls, eternal life. (1 Peter 1:8-9) God’s great will for us is to obtain eternal life to go back to our original status. God’s concern is not for the physical world and physical being, but for our eternal being.

Romans 4:18 “So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.”

Even Jesus Christ himself said, “The Spirit gives life, the flesh counts for nothing. The words I have spoken are spirit and are life.” (John 6:63)

We as believers in God should know and follow the words of Christ which give eternal life. When looking at the previous verse we can see the words of life Jesus spoke.

John 6:53  “Jesus said to them, ‘I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood you have no life in you.’ ‘Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life and I will raise him up at the last day.’”

Christ, God Almighty, has come down to this earth not for physical matters, but to give us eternal life for our spirit through his flesh and blood. What is the way Christ promised his flesh and blood? When you look at all gospels, it is through the Passover. (Matthew 26:17-27; Mark 14:12-24; Luke 22:7-20; John 6:53).

The feast of unleavened bread

Let us introduce the seven feasts in three times, that is, the seven thunders which were unsealed by Christ Ahnsahnghong who came again as the Root of David.

The Feast of Unleavened Bread, which is celebrated on the fifteenth day of the first month, according to the sacred calendar, is the feast that commemorates Christ's suffering on the cross (Lev. 23:6). The Church of God celebrates the Feast of Unleavened Bread on the fifteenth day of the first month by the sacred calendar, following the teachings of Second Coming Christ Ahnsahnghong.

Origin

This feast originated from the Israelites' suffering, from all the trials that they had experienced from the time they had kept the Passover and left Egypt, until the time they had crossed the Red Sea. Pharaoh, king of Egypt, released the Israelites from their Egyptian bondage, but immediately changed his mind. He sent all the chariots of Egypt to chase after them?including six hundred of the country's best chariots?to capture the Israelites and bring them back to Egypt. As Pharaoh's army approached, the Israelites were terrified and cried out to the LORD. At that moment, the LORD God divided the Red Sea by Moses' staff, revealing dry ground between the two walls of water. It is written that God allowed six-hundred thousand men to safely cross the Red Sea. Then, how many women and children do you think were among them? God protected the Israelites from the Egyptian army by a pillar of cloud and a pillar of fire, delaying the Egyptians' ability to chase after God's people. We can only assume how hasty and nervous the fugitives' hearts were at that time. All of the difficulties and hardships that the Israelites endured during this time period became the origin of the Feast of Unleavened Bread (Ex. 14:1-31).

Ceremony

In the Old Testament times, God commanded His people to eat unleavened bread (made without yeast) and bitter herbs, so that they would remember the suffering of the Israelites. The unleavened bread was also called the "bread of affliction" (Deut. 16:3). These events were a prophecy to reveal that Jesus would suffer, being hung on the cross. In the New Testament times, we participate in Christ's suffering by fasting, according to God's command.

Mark 2:20 『"But the time will come when the bridegroom will be taken from them, and on that day they will fast."』

Prophecy and Its Fulfillment

The Feast of Unleavened Bread is a feast of suffering, representing the Crucifixion of Jesus. The Israelites' traveling into the Red Sea represented Jesus' going into the tomb. Their landing on the other side of the Sea represented His resurrection, the significance of which is implied in the baptism that we undergo now. On the Feast of Unleavened Bread, Moses led the natural Israelites from Egypt into the Desert of Sinai, and on this feast Jesus led the spiritual Israelites from this sinful world?the reality of Egypt?into the desert of faith. Whoever believes in Christ and is baptized has symbolically crossed the Red Sea and entered the desert of faith. When we commemorate the Feast of Unleavened Bread, we participate in Christ's suffering, and we are given the power from God to endure the tribulations and hardships that we will be faced with (Luke 22:43-44).

The Church of God Established by God

The Church of God, established by God, does not follow man-made rules, only God's laws. They recognize that no one is able to give salvation except God, the Creator of the heavens and the earth. Jesus already revealed that those who follow the laws of men cannot be saved.

Mark 7:6-9 『He [Jesus] replied, "Isaiah was right when he prophesied about you hypocrites; as it is written: "'These people honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. They worship me in vain; their teachings are but rules taught by men.' You have let go of the commands of God and are holding on to the traditions of men." And he said to them: "You have a fine way of setting aside the commands of God in order to observe your own traditions!"』

The Church of God was established on the foundation of the apostles who followed the teachings of Jesus Christ, and it has not changed since its inception. The true Church follows the laws which Jesus and the apostles observed.
No matter how many members a church has, if the church has different doctrines than those of Jesus Christ, it could not have originated from Jesus. We keep the Sabbath day? the memorial day of the Creator?not observing the law of the Old Testament, but following the law of the new covenant which Jesus and the apostles obeyed.
The saints, who will be saved on the last day, the day of God's judgment, are those who follow in Jesus' footsteps. The Sabbath day, one of Christ's footmarks, is a very precious commandment of God.

Jesus and His Apostles Kept the Sabbath
The Old Testament is a shadow and a copy of the New Testament. Thus, the law of the Old Testament was a shadow of the good things that were to come in the New Testament times (Heb. 10:1). The Sabbath day in the Old Testament was called "the Sabbath of Jehovah" (Ex. 31:13; Ezek. 20:12), while the Sabbath day in the New Testament was called "the Sabbath of Jesus" (Matt. 12:8; Luke 6:5).
The Sabbath day, according to the Old Testament law, was only a copy; the Sabbath day of the new covenant, kept in Christ, is the reality. In the New Testament times, the apostles kept the Sabbath day by worshiping God in spirit and in truth, following Jesus Christ's example. Jesus kept the Sabbath as His custom.

Luke 4:16 『He went to Nazareth, where he had been brought up, and on the Sabbath day he went into the synagogue, as was his custom....』

In the New Testament times, the Sabbath day is referred to as "Jesus' [the Lord's] day" because the true Lord of the Sabbath is Jesus Christ. "For the Son of Man is Lord of the Sabbath" (Matt. 12:8; Luke 6:5). The apostles kept the Sabbath day as the "Lord's [Jesus'] day."

Rev. 1:10 『On the Lord's Day I was in the Spirit...』

As the times of the Old Testament passed away and the New Testament times began, the way in which God's people were to keep the Sabbath day was changed; however, the day the Sabbath was to be commemorated was never changed. (In the Old Testament times, God's people offered burnt offerings and could not even kindle a fire in their houses, while in New Testament times, people worshipped God in spirit and in truth.) The day itself could not be changed because it was on the seventh day that God had rested from all of His creating work. The apostles kept the Sabbath day as their custom, reasoning from the Scriptures as follows:

Acts 17:2 『As his custom was, Paul went into the synagogue, and on three Sabbath days he reasoned with them from the Scriptures...』

Acts 20:6-7 『But we sailed from Philippi after the Feast of Unleavened Bread, and five days later joined the others at Troas, where we stayed seven days. On the first day of the week we came together to break bread...』

As it is written in the above verses, the apostles kept the Sabbath day.
It is proven throughout the Scriptures that the Sabbath day?the seventh day, Saturday, Jesus' day?was kept until the apostolic age. So why do so many present-day Christians hold services on Sunday [the first day] and not on the Sabbath day? According to history, Sunday service originated from pagan sun-god worship. The Romans had been worshiping the sun god on the first day [Sunday], recognizing it as "the day of the sun," even before the birth of Jesus.

Through the prophecy of the Bible, let’s confirm that Christ Ahnsahnghong, who came as the Savior in the age of the Holy Spirit, is truly the Second Coming Christ.
There is a very important place in the Bible, which is closely related with our salvation. It is the Garden of Eden. The history of the Garden of Eden shows us the origin of unman beings and their death.
And in the Garden of Eden we can also find the secret of life. After sinning in the Garden of Eden human beings are destined to die. Then, how can we are saved from death?
The Second Coming Christ Ahnsahnghong taught us that only those who eat from the "tree of life" can be saved. For the human beings who sinned by eating from the tree of knowledge of good and evil, the only way to live is to eat from the tree of life. However, the way to the tree of life was blocked by Satan in A.D. 325.
The Bible prophesied that Jesus would come a second time with the fruit of the tree of life and give eternal life to human beings who were destined to die. It is Ahnsahnghong that brought us the tree of life, so the Church of God believes in Him as the Second Coming Jesus.
Then, what is the tree of life? Is it truly Christ Ahnsahnghong that brought us the tree of life?
The Tree of Life Hidden Since the Creation
Matt. 13:34-35 『Jesus spoke all these things to the crowd in parables; he did not say anything to them without using a parable. So was fulfilled what was spoken through the prophet: "I will open my mouth in parables, I will utter things hidden since the creation of the world."』
Jesus revealed the things hidden since the creation through the parables. Among the 66 books, which book has the history of the creation of the world? It is the book of Genesis.
In the book of Genesis there are many parables showing God’s Providence. Among the parables, let’s study the tree of life.
Gen. 2:16-17 『And the LORD God commanded the man, "You are free to eat from any tree in the garden; but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat of it you will surely die."』
In the Garden of Eden, God the LORD put the tree of life and the tree of knowledge of good and evil. And He commanded Adam and Eve not to eat from the tree of knowledge of good and evil. However, they were tempted by Satan and violated the commandment of God. By this, human beings are destined to die and death entered this world through sin.
After Adam and Even sinned in the Garden of Eden, has God ever given us an opportunity to be saved from death? Is there no way to be freed from death?
Gen. 3:22 『And the LORD God said, "The man has now become like one of us, knowing good and evil. He must not be allowed to reach out his hand and take also from the tree of life and eat, and live forever."』
As stated in the above verse, there is only one way for us to live forever. It is to eat from the tree of life.
The Reality of the Tree of Life Is JesusThen, how can we eat from the tree of life?
If we look into the history of the Garden of Eden, we can find out that it is God that banned the sinners from eating of the tree of life. Then, we can reason that it is also only God that will allow us the tree of life. So Jesus who is God came to save us by restoring the tree of life to us.
John 10:10 『The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.』
The words, "I have come that they may have life," means, "I have come that they may eat from the tree of life." What is the reality of the tree of life?
John 6:53-54 『Jesus said to them, "I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.』
In the book of Genesis, what should we eat to live forever? It’s the fruit of the tree of life. However, what did Jesus say we should eat to live forever? He said we should eat His flesh and drink His blood. Then, what is Jesus’ flesh and blood? It’s the fruit of the tree of life. That’s right. The fruit of the tree of life in the Garden of Eden represents Jesus’ flesh and blood. By eating Jesus’ flesh and blood we can eat the fruit of the tree of life which was lost by Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden. We should eat Jesus’ flesh and blood in order to have eternal life.
The Fruit of the Tree of Life Is the Bread and Wine of the "Passover"Now, what is important is how to eat Jesus’ flesh and drink His blood, the reality of the tree of life in the Garden of Eden. It is impossible to eat Jesus Himself. Then, what does the words of John 6:53 mean? These words are referred to the words of Matthew 26:17. In this verse, we can find the way to eat the flesh and blood of Jesus.
Matt. 26:17-26 『On the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread, the disciples came to Jesus and asked, "Where do you want us to make preparations for you to eat the Passover?" He replied, "Go into the city to a certain man and tell him, 'The Teacher says: My appointed time is near. I am going to celebrate the Passover with my disciples at your house.'" So the disciples did as Jesus had directed them and prepared the Passover. … While they were eating, Jesus took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to his disciples, saying, "Take and eat; this is my body." Then he took the cup, gave thanks and offered it to them, saying, "Drink from it, all of you. This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.』
Jesus said that the bread and wine of the Passover is His flesh and blood, that is Jesus Himself. Eating the bread of the Passover and drinking the Passover wine is eating of the tree of life in the Garden of Eden. So far, we have studied that the tree of life is a parable and its reality is Jesus, and the truth through which we can eat Jesus’ flesh and drink His blood is the Passover.

We can understand that the tree of life is allowed to us through the Passover, and that Jesus who allowed us to eat from the tree of life is God.

 

Christ Ahnsahnghong Who Restored Us the Tree of Life

We, human beings, who lost the tree of life and were destined to die, could have eternal life by God who came in the flesh and allowed the fruit of the tree of life, that is, the bread and wine of the Passover. However, the devil abolished the truth of the Passover at the Council of Nicaea in 325 A.D. It means the tree of life was hidden and no one could have eternal life. We could not expect salvation without the Passover the truth about the tree of life. In this situation, the one who is able to restore the truth of the Passover, that is, the tree of life, is only God as it was 2,000 years ago. Heb. 9:28 『so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many people; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.』
The purpose of Christ coming a second time is for our salvation. To bring us salvation the Passover is absolutely needed. The One who allowed us the Passover truth is Ahnsahnghong.
Therefore, Ahnsahnghong is Christ who came in this age according to all the prophecy of the Bible. He restored the truth of the Passover, the tree of life, and saved us from our sin and death. He is our God.

Has God turned away from us?

Jerusalem Mother (Heavenly mother)

Have you ever heard about Jerusalem mother(God the mother)?
Jerusalem mother(heavenly mother) which is in heaven who will come down to this earth to gives us eternal life.
Jerusalem mother is extremely important to our spiritual life. Today let's study about Jerusalem mother through the Bible.
God has given us a precious promise, Through which we can go to heaven.
So the bible calls us the childern of promise.

Gal 4:28) Now you brothers like Isaac are children of promise.

Who is Isaac in the Bible? He is a son of Abraham. He also one of children of promise.
Then what promise did he get from God? He got the promise of life before he was born.
We are also childern of God
Then, what promise has God given us?
Let's find out.

1Jn 2:25) And this is what he promised us - even eternal life.

What did he promise us? Eternal life!!
Isaac had the promise of pyisical life but we have the promise of spiritual life, etenal life much bigger then Isaac.
Then from now on we are going to find out how to get the eternal life from God!!

Rev4:11) You are worthy our Lord and God to receive glory and honor and power,
          for you created all things and by your will they were created and have their being.

By whose will were created all things? God
when God creat everything he put his will into that.
Among them let's see about life.
Life is given by their own mother.
Can father gives us life without mother?  Without mother no one can get life.

Birds in the sky, fish in the sea, animals on the ground has their mother.
Our physical life also given by mother. What about our spiritual life?
Let's find out the existance of our spiritual mother.

Ge 1:26) God said "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness.
            
Here 'us', 'our' is not singlur term but plural term.
Why did God mention plural term if we have only father God?
The answer is in verse 27.

Ge 1:27) So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him;
            male and female he created them.

Through this verse we can come to know that God has two images.
MALE image and FEMALE image.
We call God of male image ' Father'. Then what shall we call God of female image? (Mother)
That's why we have to believe not only spiritual father
but also spiritual mother in the bible testifies about.
As i early said all things were created by God's will.
Which will did God put into adam & eve when he creat them?
Let's study adam first.           

Ro 5;14) Nevertheless, death reigned fromthe time of adam, to the time of moses, even
           over those who did not sin by breaking a command, as did adam,
           who was a pattern of the one to come.

Here, 'the one to come'  means 'Jesus to come a second time'
According to the trinity Jesus is God the father.
Then whom does eve represent?
If adam represent Father God adam's wife eve stand for Mother God.
Let's look at what is God's will in creating eve!

Ge 3: 20) Adam named his wife eve, because she would become the mother of all the living.

Here eve means living, life.
Man can do everything exapte only one thing that is giving birth.
Giving birth is perfectly woman's part.
so the bible calls to first woman eve 'living'
Adam represent male image of God, Jesus.
Likewise eve also stand for female image of God.
What dose it mean?
It means that God teaches us the eternal life comes from God the mother
through eve's prophecy.
Jesus also told us about this.

John 6:39) And this is the will of him who sent me that i shall lose none of all that he was
              given me, but raise them up at the lase day.
          40) i will raise them up at the last day
          44) i will raise them up at the last day
        45) i will raise them up at the last day

Jesus told us 4 times. It must be vey important message.
Then what is 'raise them up? It is 'give them life'.
When did Jesus tell us that give them life in john 6:39~45? At the last day.
Is'nt it strange? Jesus is God himself.
He could give us eternal life 2000 yrs ago at onece.
Why should Jesus wait untill the last day to raise up his people? For what?
Becouse life of spirit comes from spiritual mother who will appear in the last day.
Just like physical life comes from our own mother.

Rev 19:7) let us rejoice and be glad and give him glory! For the wedding of the lamb has come,
            and his bride has made herself ready.

The lamb means second coming Jesus becouse when he came to this earth first time
he didnt have bride.  But will have when he come to this earth a second time.

Rev21: 9) One of the seven angels who the seven books full if the seven last plagues and said
            to me. "come i will show you the bride the wife of the lanmb. and he carride me
            away in the spirit to a mountain great and high and showed me the holy city
            jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from god.

Angel wanted to show 'the bride' so what did angel showed to john?
The wife of the lamb.
That was the holy city jerusalem. Then who is the holy city Jerusalem?
And what relate to us?

Gal 4:26) but the jerusalem that is above is free and she is our mother.

Is she our physical mother? Absoultly not!!
Jerusalem is above. where is above? heaven!
Heavenly jerusalem is our mother, spritual mother. Jerusalem mother
What does 'our' indicate here? Those who follow god's word and be saved.
That people has spiritual mother.
Do we have spiritual mother? Yes!! We do have.

Gal 4:28) now you brothers, like isaack, are children of promise.

We are children of promise. What is the promise? Eternal life.
It means children of promise is children of mother.
The eternal life comes from spiritual mother who will appear in the last day.
That's why children of promise is children of mother.

Gal 4:31) therefore brothers, we are not children of the slave woman,
           but of the free woman.

Children must call mother who gives their life.
Likewise children of promise must call heavenly mother
who gives their spiritual life eternal life.
Without heavenly mother we can not have eternal life.
In other words, eternal life which God promised us is given through spiritual mother.
In this last age, we need our Jerusalem Mother who has been established by Christ Ahnsahnghong.
the Second Coming Jesus.
Let's believe in Jerusalem mother and have eternal life and be saved.
